1. Eligibility

The Inner Circle Rewards Club is open to all clients of Zinology, located in London. To join, simply sign up through our website or in-store

2. Earning Points

• For Every appointment booked, You earn points

• Booking Your Appointment: You’ll receive points for each lash appointment, whether it’s a full set or an infill.

• Refer a Friend: For every friend you refer who completes their first service, you’ll earn 234 points. Refer 3 friends, and you’ll receive a free lash set.

• Special Promotions: Occasionally, we’ll run bonus point promotions, so stay tuned for more ways to rack up rewards!

3. Points and Redemption

• 700 Points = £75 Credit: Redeem 700 points for £75 credit on any lash service.

• Infill Discount: Collect 70 points for each infill service, and once you’ve had 4 infills, enjoy 20% off your next service.

• Free Lash Set: After booking 7 full sets, your next set is free.

4. Rewards Redemption

• You can redeem points during checkout when booking online.

• Points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.

• There is no minimum point balance required to redeem points (if valid)

• Rewards are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Referral Program

• When you refer a friend, you will earn 234 points once they complete their first service.

• After 3 referrals, you’ll earn a free lash set.

• There is no limit to how many friends you can refer, but points will only be awarded for the first completed service of each referred client.

6. Tiered Benefits

We offer exclusive perks based on how many sessions you book:

• 4 Sessions: Get 20% off your next service.

• 7 Sessions: Earn a free lash set.

Points will accumulate as you continue to book, and you can move through the tiers to unlock more rewards.

7. Points Expiration

• Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. If no bookings are made for 12 months, your points will reset.

8. Point Transferability

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or gifted between clients.

​

9. Exclusions

• Points cannot be earned on taxes, tips, or gift card purchases.

• Points are earned only on qualifying lash services and products.

10. Modifications and Termination

Zinology reserves the right to modify or terminate the Inner Circle Rewards Club at any time, with or without notice. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes in advance.

11. Fraud and Misuse

Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Inner Circle Rewards Club (including creating multiple accounts to earn extra points) may result in the termination of your account and the forfeiture of all points.

12. No Cash Value

Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

13. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will be used to administer your points, send you promotional offers, and improve your experience with Zinology. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the Inner Circle Rewards Club will be handled directly by Zinology’s customer service team. Please reach out if you have any issues or concerns.
