Deposit Policy Please note that all appointments require a deposit at the time of booking, which secures your slot with one of our skilled technicians. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. In the event of a no-show or if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, the deposit will not be refunded. This policy is to ensure fairness to both our clients waiting for appointments and our dedicated staff. Payment Policy Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash only. Tips are appreciated but not required. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can ensure a seamless experience for all our valued clients. Refund Policy Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our services. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your lash extension service, please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are committed to ensuring your happiness and will offer a correction or adjustment service free of charge. Late Arrival Policy We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment, and their deposit will be taken Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
